INGREDIENTS:
3 ice cubes
45 ml of Mezcal Alipús Santa Ana Del Río
30 ml agave honey
6 mint leaves
120 ml mineral water
15 ml lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the mint leaves, lemon juice and agave nectar to a glass.
With the help of a mortar and pestle, crush the leaves until they are crushed and you smell the aroma of mint.
Add the Mezcal Alipús Santa Ana Del Río and mix everything with the help of the spoon.
Fill the glass with mineral water.
Decorate with a sprig of mint.
