Vigno Carignan

Vigno is a collective of Chilean Carignan producers. Viña Undurraga is one of the 17 wineries belonging to this collective, which uses a collective brand to promote Chilean Carignan worldwide.

VARIETY: 88% Carignan, 12% Cinsault

COLOR: Intense purple.

NOSE: Blackberry and blueberry jam, with a touch of sweet spices.

PALATE: Mature and chewy tannins with notes of dark fruits and an excellent finish. 

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 -18°C

PAIRING: Red meats, risotto, paella and blue fish.
