Bodega Hermanos Pérez Pascuas-Viña Pedrosa is a family winery located in the golden mile of the Ribera del Duero and crafted at the vineyard with a single goal: purity and authenticity. VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

COLOR: Deep, intense cherry red with purple edges.

NOSE: Alluring and highly expressive on the nose, with prominent aromas of forest fruits and delicate aging notes (vanilla, balsamic, coffee, toffee, and ink).

PALATE: On the palate, it is broad, with nerve and succulent tannins. Its finish is very persistent and expansive.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 – 18°C

PAIRING: Suckling pig, lamb, Iberian ham, and thick cuts of meat.
