Bodega Hermanos Pérez Pascuas-Viña Pedrosa is a family winery located in the golden mile of the Ribera del Duero and crafted at the vineyard with a single goal: purity and authenticity. VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

COLOR: Deep, intense cherry red with violet hues.

NOSE: Lush nose with a dominant presence of generous black fruit (blackberry and blueberries) over a spicy, balsamic, and mineral background.

PALATE: It is rich and delicate, with well-integrated mature tannins. The finish is intense and persistent, reminding us of fruity, vanilla, and pastry aromas.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 – 18°C

PAIRING: Suckling pig, lamb, Iberian ham, and thick cuts of meat.
