VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo
COLOR: Deep cherry red with violet reflections in a thin layer.
NOSE: Notes of ripe red fruits, jam, and a touch of wood, becoming more characteristic over time, revealing hints of licorice, cocoa, and chocolates.
PALATE: It has very soft tannins. It is a velvety wine with great potential, good acidity, and a finish of candied fruit.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 -18°C
PAIRING: Grilled meats and cured cheeses.
