VARIETY: 55% Xarel-lo, 35%, Macabeo and 10% Parellada

COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a rosary.

NOSE: Brioche bread, grapefruit and butter surrounded by great minerality.

PALATE: Excellent acidity, with great minerality but at the same time sumptuous and long finish.

CONSUMPTION MODE: 6 -8°C

PAIRING: Oriental food and Peruvian food, all kinds of ceviches and sushi.
