COLOR: Greenish-yellow with golden reflections

NOSE: Extraordinary, refined, and elegant NOSE with aromas of honey, butter, and a mineral finish.

PALATE: It is round, unctuous, rich, and fresh. It has excellent acidity, good minerality, and a long finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C

PAIRING: Smoked salmon, white fish, oysters, and seafood.
