Mouton Cadet wines are crafted from a blend of selected wines from the Bordeaux region in France. They are then aged under the supervision of the company’s viticulturists and bottled at the Mouton Cadet Winery. Part of the Baron Philippe de Rothschild wine group, Mouton Cadet wines represent a legacy of excellence in winemaking that has endured for generations.

VARIETIES: 84% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc

COLOR: Intense and bright red.

NOSE: Dense and elegant, the nose unfolds an aromatic complexity in which cherry notes harmoniously combine with wild blackberry.

PALATE: Attractive fruit maturity sustained by powerful tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 -18°C

PAIRING: Red meats or semi-mature cheeses.
