Mouton Cadet Médoc Reserve

Mouton Cadet wines are crafted from a blend of selected wines from the Bordeaux region in France. They are then aged under the supervision of the company’s viticulturists and bottled at the Mouton Cadet Winery. Part of the Baron Philippe de Rothschild wine group, Mouton Cadet wines represent a legacy of excellence in winemaking that has endured for generations.

VARIETIES: 45% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

COLOR: Intense garnet red.

NOSE: Very complex, with notes of ripe black fruits, along with aromas of smoked, toasted, licorice, and subtle spices.

PALATE: Pronounced black fruit notes with elegant tannins, expressive and full of character.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 -18°C

PAIRING: Red meats, hams, and semi-mature cheeses.
