The Reserva de Salentein wines are varietals from estates with stony soils, a great thermal amplitude and optimal solar exposure in the Uco Valley. These ideal conditions, together with the use of pure meltwater from the Andes, allow us to produce wines that reflect the maximum expression of the region.

VARIETY: 100% Malbec

COLOR: Deep violet red of great intensity.

NOSE: Black fruits such as blueberries and wild blackberries stand out.

PALATE: It presents a silky and enveloping entry, highlighting its fresh and balanced acidity.

CONSUMPTION MODE: 16 -18°C

PAIRING: Mature cheeses, pasta with spicy red sauces, and thick cuts of red meats.
