VARIETY: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

COLOR: Pale green

NOSE: Citrus and tropical fruit aromas, such as grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava. Subtle notes of peaches and lychees emerge later.

PALATE: Broad and smooth on the palate, with pleasant and balanced acidity and a sweet, lingering finish reminiscent of passion fruit.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 -10°C

PAIRING: Pasta, curries, spicy sauces, and salads.
