Bodega Hermanos Pérez Pascuas-Viña Pedrosa is a family winery located in the golden mile of the Ribera del Duero and crafted at the vineyard with a single goal: purity and authenticity. The care and attention to every detail during the winemaking process make it possible for each wine produced to be a faithful reflection of the terroir, grape variety, and vintage that define it.

VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

COLOR: Intense red with certain tile-colored hues.

NOSE: Complex and complete on the nose, displaying an elegant ensemble of fruity aromas of berries and ripe fruits with a great intensity of aging sensations (spices, balsamic, chocolates).

PALATE: Wide, powerful, and with great volume, soft and round tannins that provide a sapid and highly aromatic sensation on the retro-nasal.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 -17°C

PAIRING: Suckling pig, lamb, Iberian ham, and thick cuts of meat.
