Bodega Hermanos Pérez Pascuas-Viña Pedrosa is a family winery located in the golden mile of the Ribera del Duero and crafted at the vineyard with a single goal: purity and authenticity. The care and attention to every detail during the winemaking process make it possible for each wine produced to be a faithful reflection of the terroir, grape variety, and vintage that define it.

VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

COLOR: Intense ruby red with hints of brick red.

NOSE: Powerful and complex nose reminiscent of ripe black fruit, plum compote, and cassis, with mineral, spicy aromas and subtle hints of truffle.

PALATE: It is ample, luscious, and elegant on the palate. It has excellent structure, is very meaty, and has a concentration of noble and enveloping tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 – 18°C

PAIRING: Suckling pig, lamb, Iberian ham, and thick cuts of meat.
